Direct from the farmer
When you choose LUM Coffee, you are drinking straight from the source. Beans are harvested and roasted by the farmers themselves. LUM Coffee is grown, harvested, and roasted at altitudes of 4,500 feet or more above sea level. Weather conditions at high altitudes causes coffee beans to grow at a slower rate - resulting in more complex, rich, and flavorful beans than those grown at lower altitudes. Jamanit Coffee
Jamanit coffee has received a Coffee Review rating of 86-87 for 2019 and is grown, harvested, and roasted at “Finca Los Girasoles” in the Marcala region of Honduras. This is a special reserve Arabican medium roast blend of the Catauai bean variety - bold yet smooth with a rich aroma and sweet undertones. Available ground or whole bean.
Evodia Coffee
Evodia coffee has received a Coffee Review rating of 87-88 for 2019 and is grown, harvested, and roasted at “Finca Deborah” in the Marcala region of Honduras. This is a specialty medium roast coffee of the Icatu bean variety that has a sweet aroma and complex yet smooth flavoring - with hints of honey, panela, and citrus. Available ground or whole bean.
