Ripcord Brands celebrates its 3-year anniversary
By combining our expertise in healthcare apparel with our knowledge of E-Commerce, Ripcord Brands began selling medical scrubs on Amazon.com in April 2016. As we began to sell on Amazon, we realized how poorly brands were represented. Missing images, incorrect size charts, confusing bullet points, and product variations splintered off from their parent item were just some of the problems that seemed omnipresent on Amazon.
Thanks to our stubborn commitment to improving customer experience, Ripcord Brands formed deep, collaborative relationships with our manufacturing and brand partners with the goal of creating an online shopping experience that not only works (duh!) but is informative and enjoyable for the customer. With our brand partners help, Ripcord Brands has improved and optimized thousands of listings, designed and published hundreds of experience-enriching Enhanced Brand Content, and launched numerous "site-within-a-site" Amazon brand storefronts. The result of all this work: Happy customers and higher sales.
As we've grown, Ripcord Brands has developed proprietary software and tools that allow us to sell more, sell it faster, and do it with less manpower. These regular advancements in automation allow us to spend less time on repetitious tasks and more time thinking of ways to improve customer experience and expand our product catalog.
In a few short years, Ripcord Brands has become one of the most prominent sellers of healthcare apparel in the United States. But we're not ones to rest on our laurels. In addition to our healthcare apparel business, Ripcord Brands is actively selling and developing products in food and grocery, women's fashion, jewelry, pet products, and more.
